The making of a Sculpture in
Poured or Cultured Marble.

Cultured marble is a blend of stone particles and resins that is combined with pigments to produce a wide range of colours and realistic, natural looking patterns.

The same nonporous elements that make cultured marble low maintenance also make it durable. The solid-surface material resists stains and chips, and a small scratch can generally be repaired

Traditional Marble is very costly and has to be mined in a quarry , processed and shipped which due to its weight and size makes marble very expensive to obtain.

The sculpting process of real Marble is one of producing single unique sculptures by means of chiselling materials of a larger block of Marble.

Poured or cultured marble allows us to create any number of sculptures from a master sculpture. By making a mould from a master sculpture, we can use poured marble to create almost identical copies of any item.

Patination and finishing process are applied at the end to determine the final finish of the sculpture.
